I am a documentary photographer and love photographing weddings and celebrations in addition to my assignments and personal projects.  I photograph weddings in a documentary style - capturing events and moments as they occur, with an artistic and slightly abstract angle.  To see other examples of my documentary and personal work, please click here. 


I shoot weddings digitally and in color, and provide you with a large edit of digital images on DVD, along with a smaller edit of prints.  Every wedding is unique and I look forward to talking with you about yours and discussing fees that are based on your needs.   



BIO

In addition to wedding photography, I freelance for The New York Times and other publications.  I also shoot for corporations and non-profits, and make my own personal work.  I have received several photography awards for my documentary work, and I am a graduate of the International Center of Photography’s Program in Documentary Photography and Photojournalism.  


Prior to photography I spent six years in the fields of international education and communications.  I earned my BA from Brown University.
